Warranty

We offer a 12-month return warranty for all refurbished, replacement, and new parts. So, if you encounter any issues within 12 months from the delivery date, please contact our Customer Relations Team, who will be happy to assist you and guide you through the necessary steps.

In the event that any product supplied by MTO Automation fails within the first 14 days, we will replace your item with an equivalent part. If finding an equivalent part is not possible, we will refund the amount you initially paid, including any shipping expenses.

If a problem occurs after the initial 14 days, the terms of our standard warranty will apply.

REPAIR, REPLACE, REFUND

In the first instance, we will always attempt to repair your current item at one of our repair centers or local repair partners. If repair is not possible or takes too long, we will replace your item with an equivalent one. If finding an equivalent item is not possible, we will refund the amount you initially paid, including any shipping costs.

REFURBISHED, REPLACED, AND NEW PRODUCTS

Unless stated otherwise, all products we supply are warranted to be in usable condition and are covered by our 12-month return warranty. All warranties are issued by us, not the manufacturer, and we are the ones who cover them. If the part fails within 12 months from the delivery date, return it for a free repair or replacement.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any defective product, at no cost to our customer. If we determine that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the equivalent amount of the initial payment.

We will not be liable in any case for any damages, except for actual damages up to the amount you paid us, but not exceeding it. We will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages, or for any loss of profits.

REPAIRS

Unless otherwise stated, all products repaired by us are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing or material defects, and are covered by our 12-month return warranty (subject to normal storage, handling, and installation conditions). If the part fails within 12 months from the delivery date, return it for a free repair or replacement.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any defective product, at no cost to our customer. If we determine that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will credit your account with the equivalent amount you initially paid.

We will not be liable in any case for any damages, except for actual damages up to the amount you paid us, but not exceeding it. We will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages, or for any loss of profits.
